i want to bright up my email make it look more professional...

few question:
is you just like html?
How to add image and bandground is that just like css?

if anybody can show me a basic one so i can see the code that would be cool Smile

You can watch Tutorials on Youtube , or find them on Google , just look for HTML , CSS Tutorials Smile

And second thing , i don't understand you question

In order to sort this problem out every dog lover needs to come together and come up with ideas on how to put a stop to so many homeless animals, whilst also working with the view that not everyone can rescue an animal due to certain constraints.
