I'm not expert when it comes to domain names scratch I'll just pass this problem to our administrator to look at since he's most likely to answer such problems, please be patient. Wink Thanks Smile

Thank you.

You haven't pay attention to the tutorial that Jophy provided you ?

Your CNAME configuration is wrong. Your domain name has to point to your forum's URL.

Please make the changes needed.

It's absolutely normal. You can't make the changes on the Admin Panel, as long as your domain name isn't well configured in your registrar.
Your domain name needs to point to your forum's URL. Actually, your CNAME configuration's false because you didn't fill your forum's URL in.

If it worked before, I guess you've changed the configuration since then because now the CNAME configuration is clearly incorrect.
You must make your domain name point to your forum's URL, please change your CNAME records.

If you don't understand what I'm saying, please read this tutorial : https://help.forumotion.com/t7021-redirect-an-extern-domain-name-that-you-own-to-your-board

Please stop the PM and follow this thread only because it's difficult to conduct 2 conversations with you at the same time. Thank you Smile

You provided me a screenshot of the Administration Panel of your registrar, right ?

That's where I saw the information you filled in, and that's where your information needs to be changed.
I can't do it for you, you need to configure it yourself.
