Chatbox cut off

Hi,

2 issues

first of all, the bottom of my chatbox is cut off. Where the B, I Font, Smilie icons, and submit box are, its cut off so i can only see about half of it all.
I can't seem to figure out how to make it size properly.


Also, is there a way to make the message scroll in the opposite direction? Instead of going down, make them scroll up, so the newest post appears on top?
