How do i assign a moderator to a forum/category?

1st: How do i assign a (1) moderator to a forum?

2nd: Is it possible to change the post author on a thread?

1. Yes it's possible, edit that member's permission. View it through Panel.

2. Well, on my old forum (different hoster then ) it let me change the post author.
So, if a member was developing a android ROM, and he wanted to stop it, but another dev wanted to carry it on, then i could change the author of the post to the user that wants to carry it on . ??

2) Thats not possible on Forumotion. Something similar is suggested.
