Catagories Empty Catagories

My Categories arent separating.
I have my Welcome Category with the forum 'about mad rationality'
and then i have the General board Category with the forum 'Chat' and the two forums are right next to each other. I wanted the Categories to be separate. Like your forum has the categories 'support forum' 'other services' 'miscellaneous'

Display>Structure & hierarchy
Split Categories on Index: Medium
Save.
