This Forum is incredibly slow a lot of the time.
Well these forums load incredibly slow a lot of the time for me. Now I would consider it an issue on my end except I am a member on so many other forumotion forums and am a member of other forums from other networks.
Overall this has became quite a problem as sometimes it will not load for 5 minutes and then sometimes the connection completely looses itself. This does not happen just occasionally it is happening rather often and sometimes when I post I loose connection and the post does not go through.
Like I said I don't think this is an issue on my end because it is only on this forum that has this issue and many other forums I am on don't have this issue.
Anyway if you could provide any help it would be appreciated.

Oh sorry, guess I wasn't too attentive earlier
Is your ISP by any chance TalkTalk or AOL?
If so, please contact their customer support, there is a known issue on their end that they seem to not treat as serious. They will say "Their looking into it", but try to find out any more info, we've exhausted as much as we have available to us, not even the Network Devs can do anything.
If not - Please clear the cache & cookie of your browser, and try another browser, as Rideem has said
I haven't noticed any slowdowns on Virgin Media lately, with Firefox.

Re: This Forum is incredibly slow a lot of the time.
I am with AOL.
I ain't complaining to them because it is complete farce.
They blame you, you blame them 12 phone calls later and a rather large phone bill and I get no where.
It was like when comparing Sony tech support and AOL tech support they blamed each other and I can predict it will be the same battle with you lot and them lot and I am the one who will get no where.
Anyway I guess since there is nothing PRACTICAL I can do. I guess this can be locked.

I'm sorry but our techs have run a several tests on our servers and there appears to be nothing reporting back as wrong. Leeloo may have some more details, or questions when she gets back in the office, but I don't know what they are offhand. All I know is that Leeloo has contacted AOL & TalkTalk and there's been no response, even after several attempts.
I'm open for suggestions for a solution ,and I'm sure the devs and Leeloo are too, but until we get some details from AOL or TalkTalk, were stalemated.

Re: This Forum is incredibly slow a lot of the time.
LOL i spoke to AOL for my brother the other day he finds it hard to talk to them.
AOL know there is a problem with the maine servers for some sites and say there working on trying to fix them.
When i asked them about problems With FM they say they have not got a problem with our Host.
We know there is a problem With AOL, Talk Talk,
But they seem to think its still not a problem
It only takes the members From FM to call up and say there is a problem and there not going to pay for it if there not getting what there paying for..
You as a customer have a right to a service that works and if your not happy then thay should fix it.
If it was me i would call them up and say call me back or cut me off you pick lol

Our technicians didn't find any possible reason for this.

Derri, I'm sorry but there's nothing that can be done on forumotion's end.
Can you contact AOL and find out if there's any progress - If they suggest that there isn't an issue, deny their suggestion, state that there has been several of THEIR customers who have called AOL and have received call backs about status' of the case(s) (I'm not sure if their being treated as one, or multiple.
