How would the user reply to a forum section with a document?
If they did, is there a way to restrict their post from being visible by other users of the forum besides staff (mods/admins)

Attachments will not show the document. They are links to download the document.

I've tried doing this on my test forum, it says I've exceeded maximum storage. Will I have to PURCHASE storage?

If you have gone over the storage amount, you will have to purchase more storage space.
