The html editor does not work in control panel

Yes, I have encountered the HTML editor issue... If you are using Internet Explorer it doesn't work. You have to use a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, ect. Internet Explorer and Safari dont work well with that.

Yes, its a known issue. Somehow chrome doesn't show the html editor.

Just a correction.
The Reply Editor and the WYSIWYG Editor BOTH do work on Internet Explorer Versions 7, 8 and 9. The Reply editor works and the WYSIWYG editor does NOT work on Chrome, as Google (Chrome) has not implement certain few lines of code to allow it.
If you still can't see it on IE, please check for updates, and clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

Please use another browser (such as Firefox), as I said above, Google Chrome does NOT support the WYSIWYG Editor.
It's an issue of the browser, we cannot help you there :/

In Ie 9 is also not working something is wrong i delete the cookies too and still not working
