Where do you go to complain about a Vbulletin forum?

I have a lot of forums I want to report. serebiiforums.com has violated me and my brother's and his friend's privacy and so has bulbagarden.net and pe2k.com They unfairly banned me for saying I'm Cycling Road's brother who is friends with Max. They tell me why someone else was banned instead of talking to me about why I was banned. That is real low. Max reported it to the ic3complaint.gov site and nothing was done about it yet.

Other forums have been cyberattacking me like n-european forums and the webmaster of serebiiforums even threatened to kill me. Please help me get those internet criminals offline so we can join forums freely again.
