YouTube Code Problem Empty YouTube Code Problem

When someones posts a YouTube video on my forum, it looks like the above for some reason. I'm using phpBB2... can anyone help me with this? Why is it doing that?

The code should work, so the only other reason I can think of would be because the video's embed capabilities have been disabled. If the youtube uploader or YouTube has disabled the video to be embedded the code will not work.

Go to the video page at YouTube and click the "share" button at the bottom of the video and see if the embed has been disabled. If so that is the reason.

Edit: that URL in the screenshot is not a true url to a specific youtube video, its generic.
