Undelete a Forum? Empty Undelete a Forum?

Okay, so I recently made a new forum, and I deleted the Basket that came with it. It's sort of a long, stupid story of why I want it back, but is there anyways to get it back? Preferable with the threads still inside :Smile

I believe the only way would be to do a full restore to a date before you deleted the basket,
