how can I make a moderator to change another user account information

i wana make one user to change another user acount information without access to admin panel

Hi,

Moderators have the access to change certain parts of the profile, by viewing the user's profile. If you want them to change other certain profiles, then of course you'll have to give em, rights to have access the Admin Panel. If you're afraid of having lots of users in the Admin Team, then I suggest to hide the real Admin Group, and create an Admin Group, "the real Admins will be there". And on the hidden one, would be the users or moderating groups that will have admin access.
