The code for radius is:
Code:
-webkit-border-radius: 10px;
-moz-border-radius: 10px;
border-radius: 10px;
You can change 10px , to what ever radius you want.
And what version of forum are you using?

I mean that we don't have such setting in our AC-P to activate border radius you need to add them through css:

Anyway add this in your css for the quick reply box.

Code:
#text_editor_textarea {
    border: 1px solid #ccc;
    border-radius: 3px 3px 3px 3px;
}

The best support you'll get is this:
Code:

#text_editor_textarea {
    -moz-border-radius: 3px;
    -webkit-border-radius: 3px;
    border-radius: 3px;
}

IE9 does support border-radius, but forumotion prevents it in order to keep some BBcodes working.

I think its about time to put a stop to this blocking on IE9. So on my forum, i'm gonna show how to allow border-radius and things in IE9 now.

EDIT, here: http://www.avacweb.com/t294-allow-border-radius-in-ie9#2825
