Doing the same thing but with a right sidebar should work.

Now to use it, stick it on your sidebar above any widgets you want to go to the top of the forum.
Because any widgets BELOW this new widget will go to the top. Try it out

It's very clear. What part don't you really understand mate?

In fact,
In the tutorial speaks to Place Custom Widget codes between those tags right?
But I wanted to put the widget Recent Topics Below right, And I do not like the idea of Minima Editalo and places it between that tag.
If you know what I intendeu.

They are saying to create a new widget, no tables, add the html code
Code:
</div><div>

In the creation box for your new widget. Save that.

Then you are going to add it to persay LEFT side for the top below the logo. If you want it on the bottom place your widget on right side below your DIV widget that you have created.

Then save that as well. check it out. and it should be all done.

If any other explanations are needed just simply ask for an exact question

Ha wow ok so now I am having troubles with this lol. Seems as maybe I did not follow the tutorial properly or not. It seems to be an awesome addition. I am using phpbb2, i made the new widget, tables=no, no title, place the html code
Code:
</div><div>
in the html section. saved

went to the modules edit section. Placed my DIV widget above my MEMBER OF THE WEEK and SEARCH to try this out. Yet when I go look at it they are just moved on the bottom of the modules left side. I am going to try moving to right side i assume just to try out, trial and error.

I will let you all know tomorrow and see what happens. please do not close this topic for now i am having trouble haha

It probably won't work on phpbb2. You could write an equivalent, just by closin off the table the table row. For phpbb2 try putting this in the widget: </td></tr><tr><td>

Code Did not work. Is there another option to configure this to have widgets at the bottom or top below nav? maybe editing a CSS code or something?
