Advertise Illegal Forums

Is it illegal to advertise forums which have illegal content like download movies etc?

Well if it is a Forumotion forum then they can get into trouble for not following the forumotion Terms of Service and the forumotion rules.

Hi,

Yes, indeed it is. If you even have Illegal material on your forum your are violating laws in many sovereign states, and your forum may be closed without notice, and possibly face fines.
Advertising sites with Illegal material is considered bad as well, and you can be fined.

It's like your advertising drugs but then giving the details of the dealer, so you don't physically have any on you. The cops see you, and your a gone.
The cops in this case are either, our Litigation Team, or a member of any sovereign state's Law Enforcement.

It does NOT matter if it is a forum with ForuMotion - There are laws in place world wide which can enable your site to be removed from the server and if your identity is found, there can be fines applied to you.
Pipa didn't pass but there ARE laws that are just as bad.

I have already answerd this in his pm sent to me.
You can not have links or advertisments on your forum that would lead to somthing illegal or break any other forumotions TOS.
This would be in violation and you could loose your forum..
