My forum has been hacked

Hi my business partner has hacked our forum she has deleted all staff members and also i am unable to get onto the forum as admin i received an automatic email from the site saying my username had been deleted can you help me urgently please many thanks

ALso, i believe the founder's account cannot be deleted by anyone.

I have tried to log in to thew utilities but it wont take the information says incorrect

I exeeded the maximum amount of login attempts sanket so have to wait 90 minutes than you for you help
