avatars covering part of text

hey, i have a problem that happens on my forum. my users say their avatars take much more space than on this picture you see and than i see on my computer. i saw this too when i went to internet cafe. avas have taken this much space so that parts of text is hidden under and i can't see it



why is this happening? and why i don't see it on my computer?


and why is it moving left when it loads? on my computer this happens just to the topics page, not main page, on other computers like in internet cafe this happens on all pages.
