How to give ranks to members and set their permissions
Hello i wanna ask how can i give permissions to ranks on members i wanna something like this
The ranks Guild Master and Webmaster have administrative power in the website.
The rank Officer have Moderation power in the website.
The rank Member are normal users. They can't open threads at the News and Events sections. They can't see the Member Application and Officer Section sections. Temporally, they aren't also abble to see the Officer Application section.
The rank Player can only see the News section, but cannot open threads there. In the future they'll be abble to see the Member Application section and open threads there.

Re: How to give ranks to members and set their permissions
Hi,
You can do all of that by simply changing the member's and group's permissions.
(User's permission: Go to their profile, either by ACP, or profile. (Both will lead you to the ACP). Then change their permissions.)(ACP >> Users & Groups >> Search Users >> Click on the member and change their permission. But I recommended to create a group for the users that way, you don't have change every single member nor new member).
For Groups: ACP >> Users & Groups >> Group Administration >>

What exactly do you mean? The rank as the image. Or the Group? If you're talking about the rank, it's a simple rank. But now, if you're talking about the group you can change it to "Group auto-subscribe: yes"

Re: How to give ranks to members and set their permissions
Ranks do not have permissions, but groups do have permissions. If you want ranks to have permissions, you will also have to create groups with the same name as the ranks. Then give the groups the permissions you want them to have.
