The staff locking and sending topics to garbage too quickly
i have a number of issues, including a bug report that was never addressed, still open. just because i didnt bump them mean they get locked and dumped?

Hi, we only garbage topics if they are spam or solved without a solution. The most likely reason why your topic may have been garbaged is because there is an auto-pruning system in place in the support sections. If a topic has not received a reply within 30 days then it automatically gets moved to the garbage.

Yes, its the auto pruning system in place. Also, its 14 days for all the support problem forums, except for Scripts (Coding) Problems which auto prunes in 20 days.Base wrote:Hi, we only garbage topics if they are spam or solved without a solution.
