Administration Panel > Modules > Calendar

To add new links, you can add them here:
Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Headers & Navigation

ACP --> Display --> Homepage --> Headers & Navigation --> Scroll down to "Add a Customized Menu" and then you type in the name!
