Payment Issue.

Hi, I'm not happy. I've just went to buy credits for my Forum, and haven't got a test back with the code. I sent two texts and it still doesn't work.
I'm paying with mobile, and my location is Australia.

Help please.

It can takes a day or two, I'm not sure, I have not tried to buy these, but I'm guessing this. Wait more and come with a reply tomorrow

Do you have any code or anything related to it? Also, please post your forum URL in this thread, so that i can forward it to Leeloo who can check about the problem. Please note, this can only be checked on Monday since Leeloo, doesn't work weekends & will be back at the office on Monday.

So thats the allopass code & whats the date of purchase?

Yes, that's what I had to text. And, I sent to message today (Saturday 30th, June)

And, My phone via Allopass
1 Code = 100 Credits

And I sent the text twice, so all up I should of received 200 credits.

OK so, you'll have to see it with Allopass because that means that there were an error on their side.

There's nothing we can do for the moment since you haven't received your codes, you need to contact the support of Allopass to claim them. Wink
