Solved Question: Buying a domain?

I've read over a bit of the terms, but I'm still a little lost.

from what I can tell, you buy credits, which you can use to rent a domain name.

can you BUY the domain name? ( permanent, no more payments )

if this is possible, I'll be very interested. =)

You buy a domain name for only a year. When the year is up, you have to renew your domain name. There is no option to buy a permanent domain name.
