New posts / Threads problem.

On my forum, I think its kind of glitched, whenever someone makes a new thread or an active post it does not show it, any option for this in admin panel? that will help fix the problem and show the "New Post" icon next to new threads and posts? im sure I got everything right in my Topics icons and all that, the problem is that it doesn't show New Posts Icon sometimes it does.

When you make a post, it won't show it. Only when others make it, you will see it.

But sometimes I make a thread and they reply in it it doesn't show the icon

If you are in the same thread while they reply then it won't show the icon.
