and 2. one, for efect on the picture, when you go with mouse on it ->picture

and question: why is my forum not visible in top 10, but it have enought points?

I'm unaware of the exact code you need for the hover over affect, please be patient until someone who is comes by

For the activity points;
They do not count towards any ranking - ranking on our directory is based purely on activity, your location and keywords.
The more active, the higher up you are.
And ofcause, f your violating our ToS, you'll be automatically removed.
Also, if you make any modifications it can take up to 5 days to take affect and can take up to 30 days for your forum to appear on the directory if your forums new, or was removed from it previously.

Is location automatic or can I chose it? If I can chose it, where can I see which country I chose for my forum and can I change it? ?

No, it's not automatic, and you'd have set some of it during the setup of your forum, but you can change it as many times as you like

Admin panel >> General > Forum Directory > Modify & Save.
