Hopefully these work for you. I didn't do the glow since it didn't look good, so the hover is the color change at the bottom of the bar.

Instead of blue line can you make silver line (#F7F7F7)? and can you make the red lines a little more red (#FF0000)?

Also can you make the text have a glossy feel to them?

text wont be able to be glossy since it's not gray enough. The red you suggested is gonna be too red and look ugly. Ill work on the silver line tomrrow morning
