Adding a Tooltip in BBcode? Empty Adding a Tooltip in BBcode?

Hello, um, I'm a beginner at coding but i searched the interwebs for this and found a
code that ads a tooltip in BBcode, but i dont know how or what, is it possible?

Basically im trying to add a tooltip to images such as awards for phbb2 forum,

Help whith this would be appreciated, thanks.

I don't think you can add tooltips in bbcode
