ACP----Users and groups----search users,find the user you want click on his name, then the permissions tab then look at the column"Moderator Status" and check the boxes that you want them to moderate. Then hit save!

Well you could have marked it as solved, instead of taking out the question. Now this will be moved to the garbage.

So therefore now this post makes no sense, and cannot be found using the search engine.
