Topic creation button help

Im really new and I tried looking for a forum topic first so sorry if there already was one.
Anyways back on topic.
I cant Seem to find the buttion that allowed me to create this thread on my own forum. If u want to have a look if it helps it's litcenter.canadian-forum.com but I don't think it'll help. So how can I make a thread creation buttion so my members can post?

Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management

Buttons Tab
Post new topic:
Also check to see if the hide box is checked to the far right.

There is a buttion and picture, and the pictures not hidden.

So you do not see it once you go into a forum?

No sorry, my computer wont print the screen for some odd reason.

The account you gave does not have admin access.
Moreover, both the forums Sci Fi & Mystery are both locked forums.

General>Categories and Forums
Click on Sci fi
Unlock the forum there.
Save.

That should do it i think.

The forum isn't locked the only topic inside it is though. And I think I fixed that admin problem

Actually, you have done something wrong.
Sci Fi & mystery are categories you made.
Then you made forums inside it by these names.
Read this BEfORE you post


Now see this forum, You will be able to see the new topic button.
