Signature problem!

Hello,

On my recently started forum (Only 2 days old to be exact) we have been experiancing a very strange problem. My Co-Admin's and I have tried and tried to set up signatures and links to our rules etc. But whenever we try we get an error in red text where our signatures should be that says: [Only admins can see this image] or [Only Admins may see this link] This has been getting very annoying and we have tried nearly every option in the ACP that could help. So I would greatly appreciate some help with this issue. I will be very greatful.
