Hey, when i go to group administration, it does let me change the colour of the users names anymore, it just stays on the same colour?

i said before, when i click a different colour in that box, it jus doesnt move, it stays like it is in the image

Press the white circle and move it to the color you want or press the arrows up or down. Then press the green check mark.
