Way to add an image behind the site description at the top of the index?

Any way to add an image behind the site name and description at the top of the forum besides the header. (I have my header offset and want an image behind the description also.)

I'm going to try and explain this as best I can.

So, first, if your site name at the top of your forum is a logo, remove that. It should say your site name and the description after that. If not, I can offer asistance. But for now, I will just continue.

Next, go to your ACP>Display>Pics Management>Advanced Mode. Go to 'Forum Main Logo' under 'Style Element' and replace the Icon URL with the image you would like.

I suggest you resize the image you want. If it's too big, it will look very disoriented on your forum.

The reason i need an image that if I remove the description from my forum configuration it will not show it on the small index nav at the top of the forum block.
I just want to add a unique logo behind the words.

Hm.. well, if you do not want to remove the Title and the description, I think you should just edit the background image to have an image right behind the top of your forum. If you know what I mean.
