How do i get access to Admin panal when i forgot my pass

I made my forums 2 years ago and it was active for 1 years. Last year i paused my project. But now i have returned. I have forgot the pass to my admin panel ( my admin account)
can someone please reset it for me. I have access to util. but i can get access to admin panal for my forums.

YES, I did try forgot pass but I get this:
The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security



And also I cannot access my forums anymore with the domain i bought from forumotion because I think its expired, what do i have to do to get my costume domain back.
