Group List Empty Group List

When you click GROUPS I do not want to show the "groups you belong to"

I want to show a list of groups just like memberlist but groups instead. With list of users in that section. Is this possible?

No sorry you can not do that ..

We do not have the settings to change it from the server side

It might be possible to edit it through Javascript.
