If you can't figure it out then simply do this:

Put this is in a file:
Code:

<?php
header('Location: younewdomain.com');
?>
Save it as index.php and upload to the root directory of your domain.

I have a wix website where I purchased my domain name for a year. I am trying to link that domain name with Forumotion.com. I am having some issues understand what to do. I tried to follow the instructions, and WIX support tells me that they can only tell me where to enter the URL or CNAME, but forumotion has to be the one to supply the address or cname. Can anyone help me with this please?

Hello,

You have to configurate your CNAME yourself, I can't see how Forumotion can do it for you as the settings are in your own registrar account.

Anyway, what are the choices you have in the drop-down menu "Record type" ?
