Helli i want to make it so ONLY mods and Admins can create topics but Members can reply to theese topics.

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forum
Open/Start Topic - check the boxes for administrators and moderators.
Reply to message - check the boxes for members.
You will have to so it for each forum.


When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.
