Help, Editor buttons wont appear

For some reason my editor buttons dissapered only one button shows, and when i click on it nothing happens, Please help thanks

Have you tried other browsers to see if it could be a browser issue?

Both of those theories failed , still not there, the only place the editor bar shows up on is the quick reply

hey fusion have you done any editing to to any tabs in the ACP>DISPLAY>GENERAL?

Ive only edited these templates:
index_body
overall_header
viewtopic_body

But none of those edits consisted of messing with the editor buttons

Do you have a section where guests can post?

i have a guest html pop up, so guests have to sign up, do u wan me to take off the guest htnl page, and open up a guest forum?
