Creating new Users from Admin Panel Empty Creating new Users from Admin Panel

Hey, guys. New here. Looked all over. Couldn't find it:

Is there the option to create new users from the Administration Panel? I wanna do that because my forum is an RPG and I need accounts for NPCs, and I don't wanna create an e-mail account for all of them in order to be able to register each one.

Sorry but this is not possible. You need to create an email account & a new account to make them be in the forum
