new domain name

Mu curruntly domain name is XXX.newforum4u.com
I bought a domain name from a site for 1 year. When i go in admin panel of this site it asks me ''Nameservers''

What i have to wright in this Nameservers to change the domain name?

PS* i have read the tutorials about the free domain names and the domain with the point system but they didnt helped me.

They told me that if i want to works without www. i have to know the ip of the forum.

You don't need the IP for a CNAME configuration.
From what I see of your Admin Panel, there's no field for IP either.

Who told this ?

They tells me that i need it because without that forum will open only with www. and i want someone can open it without too.

papaki.gr is the site that o bought the domain name and they told me that i need ip of my forum because with this way the site will open with and wthout www.

We can't give you an IP address as we are on DNS round robin, which means that we are using several Ip addresses between different servers.
