Solved Forum stolen or being deleted

Hi.

I know you have a thing that saves all the forum information every day .
My question is where can i ask for a backup [think thats what its called]
and if for example an person taking care of the forum delete's the topics how can i bring them back ?

Im really sorry 4 my English I know its bad ;p
