Control Pannel will not work :/

Hi. I have tried installing a control pannel on my forum as shown in this thread
The result was supposed to look like the following:
Control Pannel will not work :/ 2hfu9v7

However, I have no idea why it ended up looking like this instead:
Control Pannel will not work :/ 314cg9h

As you can see, it looks ratty and unclean and none of the images show up, but only a small blue square with a '?'
It is also much larger than it appears, and is taking up a lot of space. I don't like this.

I'm pretty sure I copied the code in correctly, and I didn't use the forward slash at the end of my URL, however, can somebody check it over for me?

Are you wondering about the pink color? I believe, it's also due to your theme?

They, do seem to transparent through the forum's background. I'll see how to change it. I'll report back too you, in a bit.

For the image problem, you will need to replace the image links with new ones in the code.

Why? I would like to check your CSS, or unless you want to place all of your coding you have in the CSS Style-sheet. That way I can check it out.

i tried using CSS style sheet and HTML management so i'm just gonna give up.
