Code:
a[href="/g11-gzsoa-graduates"] {
    background: url("http://icons.iconarchive.com/icons/newidols.ru/shop/24/star-silver-icon.png") no-repeat;
    padding-left: 19px;
    padding-top: 2px;
}
a[href="/g11-gzsoa-graduates"]{
text-decoration: none !important;
text-shadow: 0 0 0.2em black, 0 0 0.2em cyan, 0 0 0.2em cyan;

Try this code:
Code:
a[href="/g387-forumotion-administrators"] {
    background: url("http://illiweb.com/fa/admin/couronne.png") no-repeat;
    padding-left: 19px;
    padding-top: 2px;
}

Try this: http://help.forumotion.com/t90311-how-to-add-an-icon-before-username

I'll have the CSS for the Group

Code:
a[href="/g11-gzsoa-graduates"] {
    background: url("http://icons.iconarchive.com/icons/newidols.ru/shop/24/star-silver-icon.png") no-repeat;
    padding-left: 19px;
    padding-top: 2px;
}
a[href="/g11-gzsoa-graduates"]{
text-decoration: none !important;
text-shadow: 0 0 0.2em black, 0 0 0.2em cyan, 0 0 0.2em cyan;
}

But when i put a member in the group, it doesn't make there name with the glow or the half star
