Hello,

Moved to "Credits and domain names problems" section

Sorry, but' we're not really able to bring you support to configure an external domain name since this isn't one of our service.

Maybe you should try with the www. in the alias name ?

Try this:

TLL ( minimum cache time): put it on 3900

Destination Host: http://www.mabuns.forumid.net

Okay, I understand that this is out of forumotion support, but I dunno where to go for help since I already googling for the setting and all I found just a fail setting (on my dns hosting of course, dunno if on the other dns host).
I can't use www. for alias cause I already use that alias for my blog.
Thanks for your answer, I really appresiate that.

That destination host is fail too... beu beu beu
Here the screen shoot
When I set to http:// like this

I got error just like this

And when I set to www.mabuns.forumotion.com, that's success just for the CNAME. I mean I still have error when I set my costum domain on my forum, like this

This is the screen shoot for my newest CNAME

Update: sorry if my sub-forum domain now change to forumotion.com and not to forumid.net, but that's still the same forum.

You've got this error because the CNAME isn't well configurated.

You need to see it with your registrar because we're not able to manage the configuration.

I hope you'll find a solution Smile

Thanks
