Cannot see Links

Can someone assist, i have looked everywhere!
My members keep getting [this link can only be seen by admins] on any posted links
Can someone show me how I can allow them to see the links

You have to change your permissions of the particular forums and subforums. There you have to allow your users to see the links and pictures.

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
Go through each forum's permissions.
Look for these at the top of each permissions page:
