Youtube HTML isn't wroking

Post by Reverse on August 13th 2012, 12:29 am

Code:
<div style="margin:auto;text-align:center;width:100%"><img src="http://www.isdpodcast.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/youtube_logo_small.jpg" border="0" alt="" />

<form action="http://www.youtube.com/results" method="get" target="_blank">
<input name="search_query" type="text" maxlength="128" />
<select name="search_type">
<option value="">Videos</option>
<option value="search_users">Channels</option>
</select>
<input type="submit" value="Search" />
</form></div>
</div>

When i put it on as an HTML, it takes off the Forum Background. "like on this site, the forum Background is white"

How can i add the HTML code into the widget and then add the widget to the forum without it taking off the forum background

So its a YouTube search. Put it in a widget and see what happens.

Copy this code into anyplace that accepts HTML:

To add it to a widget, go to AP>>Modules>>Forum widgets management.

Code:
<script src="http://gmodules.com/ig/ifr?url=http://throttled.org/googlegadgets/youtubesearch.xml&synd=open&w=320&h=250&title=&border=%23ffffff%7C3px%2C1px+solid+%23999999&output=js"></script>

I don't think you can with that widget. Just google "youtube search widget" and if you're lucky you will find one without advertisements.

I'm trying to figure out whats wrong with your code you posted. It displays on that page url you posted fine. Wait awhile maybe someone can find out why it takes your background away. I tried the code and it doesn't display anything.

good luck
