Bar in online

I know theres a post about it somewhere, but I've been looking for days after it, and cant find it.
SO! I'm posting what I want here (:

The best way I can describe it, is that you have this normally online bar, and then theres some tags over it, where there stands:
Birthday today, who's online, statistic. and some more i think?
Is it possible to get it to Phpbb3?

And if it is, whats the code? And how do I change the colors?

No. You know like on the browser, every browser has these Fans. So Is it possible to have fans in the online area?

You see.. Here you've got some tabs/fans. Is it possible to get it to the online place, where your click on the tab to get the birth or online users on the field. ?

Those are browser tabs. I don't really understand you.

Yea i know, it was also an example. But I've seen an online widget there had those kind of tabs, just with Birthdays, Who's Online, Statistic, on it.
