Why can only admins see my pics?

On my Conure Castle forums, my members are telling me that instead of seeing a picture it says, Only admins can see this image. I can't figure out why it says that!
Help?

Go to AP>>>GENERARL >>> CATOGORYS AND FORUMS>>

Then Click Every on Each and Every Single Forum, And click

Forum Permissions, then make "See imiages in the Fourm" to ALL

and " See links in the Messages " to ALL

Admin panel => General => Select a forum => click
Can see the message: All
Can reply the message: Members
Can see the image in the topic: Members
Can see the link in the topic: Members
