Can a deleted member be restored?

Hi,

The forum I'm an admin on has been having some issues with an unknown person hacking into our co founders admin account. The latest stunt was, this person deleted my account and another admin account. can our accounts be reinstated? All of our comments are still present on the forum only they read guest instead of our user names. It took us 2 years to build our accounts and we have built relationships with many members through them.

Honestly, I'm disgusted. We have had this issue for months now and have no idea how to get rid of this account hacker. We have tried all that we know how. He has been deleting things and causing all kinds of issues. It's tiring.

Are you the founder of the forum?

This may be possible by performing a Forum Backup. You can do this by using the Forumotion Utilities.

As Sanket said you will need to be the founder to perform a Forum Backup. If you aren't the Owner / Founder then you won't be able to do this.

I am not the founder but he said if there is a way to do it he will.
