The best I can suggest is flood control that can be found in General -> Security. Hope this helps!

I did it already. It's not good enough .. just an option to delete all user's posts in one click will solve the problem. I do not understand why nobody still bothers to put it into effect.

There is nothing in our hands. Once an update is done, we would know if its incorporated or not.
