Forgotten password

I m kindly asking for help. I am owner and administrator of my forum http://miocanac.6forum.biz/http://miocanac.6forum.biz/ Since i havent been there for a long time i forgot my data and i can not recover my password because whe i try to do that i get this message The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security. my email address is Email Removed and i have registered forum under that mail. I have tried to contact Contact: Sanket, Jophy, or Leeloo but i got message that thaey do not receive private message. what to do next

Yes all our staff that can do this is not letting us pm them right now it's mostly down to the staff are on leave i think.

I'm not 100% sure if Base can do anything to help thou. if not we need to go over to the french forum and ask for a admin to come over and deal with this problem in hand as we have no other staff to help fix the problems like this..
