Hmm i don't know is that the right name for this but i wanna ask how is it possible to add in forum description new post picture or locked like it is on the forumotion home page,i'm on the phone but i will explain like this:

There is forum name in category,then picture and description and then is ----------------------- and animation like new blinking how to add that i will post screenshot when i get to my pc

If you mean the image that is a yellow glow with a "New" with a mail icon that flashes at the bottom of the category when a new thread is created then that is just an image with a gif property.

Yes i know that is the gif,it could be created even on my phone with a simple photo program,but what i need is how to add it forum description to look same as on forumotion?

It is just the New Post button.
